Plain terms for using our website, tools and case service.

By filing a complaint, using your reference number, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
HyperLedger helps people who have lost cryptocurrency to fraud. We take in complaints, follow funds across public blockchains, put together evidence for exchanges and authorities, and, where funds are recovered, coordinate paying them out to you.
We are not a law firm, a bank, an exchange or a government agency, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. We do not give legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and using our service does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
Many losses cannot be recovered, and results depend on blockchains, exchanges, courts and agencies that we do not control. Filing a complaint does not guarantee that we will take your case, that we will recover anything, or how long it will take. We may decline or close a case, for example if there is too little information to act on, and we will tell you if we do.
Filing a complaint is free. We will never ask you to pay a fee in cryptocurrency, to “release” or “unlock” funds, or to send us your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, or bank or card details. If any fee applies to your case, we will quote it to you in writing, in ordinary currency, before any work starts.
Scammers often pretend to be recovery services. If anyone claiming to be us asks you for any of the above, it is not us. Please tell us at contact@hyperledgerfabrictool.com.
The scam-risk check, wallet-hygiene audit, guides and other tools are general information, not advice, and cannot tell you for certain whether something is a scam or whether your funds are safe. Blockchain information on this site comes from third-party public sources and may be delayed or incomplete.
This site links to and relies on services we do not control, such as blockchain explorers and official reporting websites. We are not responsible for them or for what they show or do.
The text, design and tools on this site belong to HyperLedger or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal purposes, but please do not copy, resell or republish them without our permission. Some photographs are used under the Unsplash licence.
We provide the service and this website “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of cryptocurrency caused by scammers or other third parties, and our total liability to you for anything connected to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
We may limit or stop your access to the service if you break these terms, misuse the site, or put other users or us at risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where HyperLedger is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, except that mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country still apply to you.
