What we collect, why, who sees it, and the control you have over it.

HyperLedger (“we”, “us”) is a crypto fraud investigation service. We run this website and the tools and case system behind it. For the information described in this policy, we are the party that decides how and why it is used (the “controller”).
For any privacy question or request, email contact@hyperledgerfabrictool.com.
We use this to log your complaint, give you a reference number, investigate, contact you, and prepare reports for the exchanges and agencies you ask us to involve.
We use this to pay out recovered funds to the right place and to show you the progress and status of your case and transfer.
Our replies to you, internal notes our team writes about your case, the stage your case is at, and a log of changes made by our staff (an audit log). We use these to run your case and to protect against mistakes and misuse.
Our hosting providers receive standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address and browser details. We use rate limits tied to IP addresses to stop abuse, for example repeated guessing of reference numbers.
Never send us your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, or bank or card details. We never need them and we never ask for them. If you send something like this by mistake, email us straight away and we will delete it. Anyone who asks you for these in our name is not us.
Where the law asks us to state them, our reasons are:
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only as follows.
If you ask us to escalate your case (for example to the FBI IC3, the FTC, local police, or an exchange’s compliance team), we send them the details needed for that report. Once a report has been sent, we cannot recall it.
When you look up a payout, your browser asks public blockchain services (blockstream.info for Bitcoin and ethereum-rpc.publicnode.com for Ethereum-compatible networks) to check the transaction. They can see your IP address and the transaction hash you are looking up. Blockchain data is public by design.
We may disclose information if required by law, a court order or a valid request from a public authority, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, us or others.
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection rules from where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Our public pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our staff area keeps a temporary sign-in in the browser while a staff member is logged in.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your complaint and your payout, and for up to 24 months after your case is closed. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. We may keep some information for longer if the law requires it, or if it is part of a report or investigation that is still open. Evidence files you upload are deleted together with your case.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to authorised staff who must sign in, keep a record of changes made to cases, and require a second check with you before a payout address is changed. No online service is perfectly secure, so please also protect your reference number: anyone who has it can see the status of your case and submit a deposit address, which our team then checks with you before it is used.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To use any of these, email contact@hyperledgerfabrictool.com with your reference number. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, and we will not ask for your seed phrase or passwords to do that. We aim to reply within 30 days. Some information we may need to keep to meet legal duties or because it is already part of a report sent to a third party. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Our service is for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will say so on this website.
